On Tuesday, May 19, at 3:00 PM, the conference "Highways in Liguria - Development and Environment” was held at the Ligurian Academy of Sciences and Letters, Conference Room, Palazzo Ducale, Genoa (curated by academicians Massimo Bacigalupo and Claudio Ferrari).
Sara Bonati, associate professor of Geography and researcher at the TeTuS LAB, University of Genoa, presented the topic entitled “The Impact of Territorial Accessibility” at the concluding roundtable.

- Wednesday, April 1, 2026, 9:00-11:00 a.m., orientation meeting: open questions, with Professor Sara Bonati (event by reservation). The event will be held in person in the TA10 studio or online on the TEAMS platform. On this occasion, it will be possible to have a moment of direct discussion with the Prof. who will be available to present the course offering and answer any doubts.
- Wednesday, April 8, 2026, 9:00-11:00 a.m., participants will get involved in understanding urban transformations with "Hackerare Monopoly" (reservation-only event).
The seminar entitled “The securitization of climate change: rhetoric or reality?” will be held on 6 November 2025 at 10:00 in Room 4C4 of the Department of Education Sciences of the University of Genoa The event is edited by Prof. Claudia Morsut, University of Stavanger, Norway.
The presentation of the XVII Report “Submerged landscapes. Geographies of the climate crisis in the Italian coastal territories” will be held on 28 October 2025 at 10.30 am at the headquarters of the Italian Geographical Society. Some researchers from the Tetus Lab also worked on this report. The event can be followed online.
On the occasion of European Climate Education Day, the National Conference entitled “Climate and Society: Changes, Adaptations, Strategies and New Habits” will be held on October 23, 2025, from 2:30 to 6:30 pm at the Sala Ristorante Nettuno, Lungomare Vittorio Veneto, Rapallo.
The speakers will be: Andrea Castellan, EuClipa.it; Isabel De Maurissens, INDIRE researcher; Nadia Giovannetti, Ist.

World Tourism Day which has been celebrated since 27 September 1980 is aimed at increasing people's awareness of the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political and economic impact. The aim is to promote sustainable and responsible tourism practices, showing how tourism can contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals.

From today until 21 November 2026, applications are open for the 2026 National Landscape Award, the initiative that enhances the most significant projects, programs or policies in Italy focused on the protection, management, enhancement, regeneration and sustainable planning of the landscape.
The criteria of the regulation are exemplary nature, sustainable territorial development, participation and awareness-raising.

On the occasion of Oceans Day (World Oceans Day), a multidisciplinary interactive seminar is proposed that intertwines artistic languages and geographical knowledge to explore the sea as a physical, cultural and symbolic space.
