The selection for the stay grants to participate in the Project Academy - autumn 2025 edition of WeFood | Tour to discover the Fabbriche del Gusto, scheduled from Friday 31 October to Sunday 2 November 2025.

The WeFood Academy is aimed at students of undergraduate, master’s, master’s, doctoral and ITS courses.
The WeFood Academy aims to offer a unique opportunity for meeting, exchange and training, through active participation in the event that allows students to:
-discover the excellence of the taste of a territory that boasts excellence in catering, wine, food equipment for the food&wine industry, typical products;
-participate in company tours, with workshops, presentations, meetings with entrepreneurs;
-Discover and deepen the truths and own business case studies, which will be discussed with entrepreneurs, managers and professionals in the sector.
 

The WeFood Academy is therefore an excellent educational opportunity for students of food science and technology, chemical and physical sciences, agricultural and veterinary sciences, tourism sciences, marketing and communication, economics, management, business organization and management engineering.

Also this year, WeFood looks with particular attention to the involvement of young people from Italian universities, to which it intends to offer a unique opportunity for meeting, exchange and training. To this end, the organisation offers a selected number of university students the opportunity to apply for the WeFood Academy and access to residence grants.
